Tricia joined Petros Homes in 2003 and oversees the daily management of the company Design Studio as well as the lead selection consultant and advisor to new homebuyers. She acquired a degree from Ohio University in advertising, design and marketing. In the early days of her career she embraced passion for Interior design.
Tricia enjoys collaborating with her Petros Homes team members in the sales and construction areas where she has grown her expertise of residential construction, product trends and building components. This partnership has afforded her the talent to bring clients dreams to life and achieve customer satisfaction in their design center experience and new home. In addition, she is also responsible for designing key selection details and merchandising of models and ready to move-in homes.
Her favorite aspect of the job is keeping abreast of interior design and building trends and advising clients on what to choose that will make their home a “unique” reflection of their lifestyle. Tricia enjoys her children Scarlett and Leo and is Dog Mom to Willow the pug. In her free time, she enjoys attending her children’s sports activities, skiing and relaxing with a good glass of red wine.
Bob began his career as a cabinet sales and designer in 1988. His alignment with Petros was established when he handled all of their clients kitchen and bath designs while working at one of Northeast Ohio’s most successful and established cabinet and appliance showrooms. Over the years, his areas of expertise included cabinet design layouts, field measurement coordination and working one on one with construction personnel directly at the building site.
His vast knowledge and working with over 3500+ new home clients established him as an experienced and trusted professional. Petros Homes recruited Bob in 2012 to head up their in house cabinet showroom in Broadview Heights knowing that he would be a valuable asset to their team and clients. His longevity in the business has allowed him to work with the “next generations” of families that he has assisted over the years, which has become the favorite and most rewarding aspect of his work.
Bob has been married for 37 years and has 2 children and 4 grandchildren whom he adores. In his free time he enjoys golfing, leisurely sport activities and cruising around in his sports car.
