New Event! – Monday, September 18th – The Reserve At Mass Estates

Join us for an informative evening designed to help both agents and prospective clients learn more about what it entails to “Build on Your Lot“.

We’ll have a Loan Officer from Third Federal  to talk about the financing process, a Land Development Expert  to discuss how to select the right piece of property, and a New Home Specialist who can field questions via her firsthand experience building on her own property.

When: Monday, September 18th

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON COVID-19

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Model Homes and Design Centers

  • MODEL HOMES NOW OPEN. Private appointments are also available for model homes, office visits or design center meetings. Virtual tours and other visual aids to experience a tour of a specific model or move-in ready home are available as well.
  • Per Phase One State of Ohio recommendations, all visitors and Petros Homes employees and associated personnel shall wear a face covering and implement proper hand washing and/or sanitization when interacting at an in person meeting.
  • We're increasing professional cleanings of our model homes, design centers and offices.
  • We're disinfecting frequently used common areas throughout the day.
  • We're implementing a safe greeting policy. No handshakes please.
  • We respect the safe social distancing rule of thumb and will be sure to host interactions with you in a spacious environment, allowing for the recommended 6-foot person-to-person distance. As such, we may limit the number of visitors at one time to no more than 4.
  • While touring the model homes or at a selection appointment, we ask that you avoid unnecessary touching of surfaces, décor and finishes.
  • Beginning May 4th we resumed scheduling regular warranty service.  We will be staggering appointments to ensure safe distancing and will require our personnel, trades, suppliers and homeowners to wear a face covering during the service appointment. For more details on our safety practices and schedule please contact the warranty department.
  • Only employees, suppliers and trade partners are allowed on job sites. For your safety, please refrain from visiting.
  • All safe practices and social distancing rules apply to the job site as well.

As news of the virus continues to evolve, and upcoming phases are rolled out we will communicate via our website and social media and alter our efforts accordingly.
