That one word means more this year than any before it. To say that the past year and a half have been difficult would be an understatement. To not acknowledge that our industry, our company, and most importantly those who placed their trust in us to build a new home were negatively impacted by world events would be nothing short of impossible.
Everyone, everywhere in this world experienced great change. Many experienced loss. Loss of a loved one, of a sense of security, of a way of life that has changed forever. Having built and delivered over 2800 new homes in our local market, there is one thing that didn’t change and never will. Our deep commitment and exemplary work ethic of our employees, trades, suppliers and subcontractors who together are committed to make those new home dreams come true.
Every day we strive to uphold our mission to do “the right thing.” Building homes is a rare business that is still performed by human hands, unable to be automated. Close to 300 people will touch a new home from dirt until the key turns the lock to open the front door on delivery day.
While we have experienced material and labor shortages, erratic and unexpected price increases, delays in obtaining materials and permits and numerous other obstacles that would seem impossible to overcome, our team stepped up as they always have to take care of our customers.
For that we are sincerely grateful and say “Thank You” to each and every one of our team members. Our people are the lifeblood of our business and as we approach the holidays and prepare to step in to a brand new year, we want them to know that their efforts and contributions are noticed and valued more than ever.
To all of our customers and clients we also say “Thank You.” While information that was at times difficult to deliver, you rose up and met it with understanding, patience and trust.
As you continue your homebuilding journey beside us as we navigate this unique road that has never been travelled before, we look forward to delivering all the joy that a new home provides.
Making a promise to remain transparent and honest and knowing that the eventual outcome is that beautiful brand new home, we find comfort in working together to meet that goal. While the answer to delays would be to take the easy turn and look elsewhere for replacement labor or building components, we remain committed to providing the same quality, materials and workmanship that have defined our reputation and earned your respect for over three decades.
We aim to provide the homebuilding experience that you deserve and remain grateful and thankful for the opportunity.
Happy Holidays,
