For 40 years, Petros Homes has proudly served Northeast Ohio, marking a milestone
that reflects not only longevity, but a continued commitment to excellence, innovation,
and the homeowners who have trusted us along the way. This anniversary is both a
celebration of where we’ve been and a reflection of the strong foundation that continues
guiding everything still to come.
Since 1986, we have been dedicated to building more than just homes. Our company
was built on trust, lasting relationships, and a passion for craftsmanship that has grown
into a legacy of more than 2,500 homes across 10 counties.
Over the past four decades, we’ve evolved alongside our homeowners, continually
refining our designs, embracing innovation, and expanding where and how we build.
From fully custom luxury homes to thoughtfully designed single-family residences, and
low-maintenance villas and townhomes, every Petros home reflects our commitment to
quality.
While our footprint has grown, our focus has remained the same: serving our
communities with quality and craftsmanship built to last for generations to come. Today,
we are actively building in Avon, Westlake, Independence, Broadview Heights, and
Brecksville, as well as through our Build On Your Lot program which gives homeowners
the flexibility to build “everywhere you want to be,” backed by the same expertise and
care.
What truly sets Petros Homes apart is a deep understanding of the local landscape and
a belief in building more than just homes. Each community is thoughtfully designed to
offer homeowners the opportunity to build a custom home within a true neighborhood
setting, supported by long-standing trade partners who share the same dedication to
craftsmanship and quality.
That commitment extends beyond the homes themselves. Through strong partnerships
with local municipalities and ongoing investment in the areas we serve, efforts range
from supporting local initiatives like Little League baseball to contributing to meaningful
land preservation, including establishing one of the region’s largest land preserves,
stretching between Cuyahoga and Medina County.
Equally important is respect for the history of the property we build on. Communities
such as Nagel Farms and The Reserve at Mass Estates are thoughtfully named to
honor what existed before, preserving a sense of place and connection for generations
to come.
