A lot is happening at Concordia Oaks in Independence, and we’re excited to see this special new community continue to transform!
With 20 homes sold and counting, momentum continues to build throughout the neighborhood. Community landscaping is underway, new homes are taking shape, and very soon, we’ll reach one of our favorite milestones of all — welcoming our first Concordia Oaks homeowners to their new home as the community’s first closings take place.
The excitement continues with our upcoming Birchwood Model Home Grand Opening on Sunday, August 30th!
We’re putting the finishing touches on this brand new ranch plan, and we can’t wait to open the doors for its official Grand Opening. It’s the perfect opportunity to experience the latest in Petros Homes design, craftsmanship, and inspiration firsthand — and see why so many have already chosen to call Concordia Oaks home. As landscape installation continues, new homes make progress, and our first residents begin moving in, Concordia Oaks is quickly transforming from a beautiful vision into a thriving neighborhood.
We invite you to visit the Concordia Oaks Community Page to review the community site map, view our wide variety of floor plans, explore the surrounding area, and join our growing interest list to receive realtime updates as this truly one-of-one community continues to take shape!
