When Ewa and Ron Hruby began the search for their next home, they had established a list of their most critical “wants and needs” as it pertained to building new. Re-locating from a quaint East-side suburb, lifestyle and location was at the top of their list. As a couple who enjoys skiing and the outdoors, it was important to be centrally located around nearby shopping, lifestyle centers and recreation. Another important factor in their decision was having an open concept floorplan, specifically with everything on the main floor. What do you like to do in your leisure time?
Travel, hiking, biking, skiing and doing projects around the house.

We needed a place with more space.
