Homeowner Highlight: Meet The Wallace Family

Posted On By Petros Homes

When the Wallaces learned a new addition to their growing family was on the way, their focus immediately shifted to finding the perfect new home with all the wants and needs that would make it the perfect plan in the perfect neighborhood. “When we happened upon this awesome new home community, The Villa’s at City Center in Broadview Heights, Ohio, we knew that it had everything that we wanted and more in a new home,” says Stacy.  She is quick to point out that the excellent reputation of the Brecksville-Broadview Heights schools was a major factor in their purchasing decision.

“Not only did Petros Homes offer everything Spencer and I were looking for from a design standpoint, but we were thrilled that we would be able to walk to the coffee shop, restaurants, community recreation center and nearby Metro Parks, not to mention our favorite ice cream shop Handel’s is right across the street.”

“Maybe a little too close for comfort, but so very good” says Stacy. It’s been great working with the team at Petros Homes and we can hardly wait to move in!

What do you like to do for fun?

We love to spend our time with friends & family either out-to-dinner or centered around something sports-related!

What prompted you to think about moving?

We needed a bigger space as our family is growing!

Why did you choose Petros Homes/Villas at City Center?

Location & accessibility was everything to us! We love living in the Brecksville/Broadview Heights area and had desired for a walkable community. We’ve only heard great things about Petros Homes & even put in offers on other Petros Homes for sale within the community. The Villas at City Center is the perfect growth transition from our current house and allows us to stay within the same community /school district while allowing us for a smooth move-in-ready situation.

What do you think will be your favorite feature in your new home/what area of the home are you most excited about?

We’re most excited about our kitchen! We’re looking forward to the display of unique colors /décor we selected & the openness of the kitchen to living room, which is where we’ll spend a lot of time entertaining our families & friends and making memories.

What are you most looking forward to once your new home is complete?

The neighborhood! We’ve got a baby girl on the way and moving into an area where we can walk to the rec center, ice cream shop, metro parks, and restaurants is exciting! You can find us at Handel’s, Cantine or Cozumel.
