Petros Homes is proud to once again participate in the BIA of Northeast Ohio’s Fall Parade of Homes, continuing a longstanding tradition of showcasing exceptional new homes and communities throughout Northeast Ohio.
Petros has a rich history with the region’s homebuilding industry and the former Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland, with Parade of Homes participation dating back more than two decades. Through the years, the Parade has offered homebuyers an opportunity to experience the latest in new-home design, craftsmanship and innovation firsthand—and Petros Homes is excited to be part of that tradition again in 2026.
Join us October 3-4 and October 10-11, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
Tour Two Of Petros’ Newest Standout Communities
This year’s Fall Parade gives visitors the opportunity to explore two distinctive Petros communities: Concordia Oaks in Independence and Bordeaux Crossings in Broadview Heights.
At Concordia Oaks, visitors can step inside the community’s newly completed model home and experience the thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail that define a Petros home. Located in Independence, Concordia Oaks offers a one-of-one opportunity for new construction in one of Northeast Ohio’s most desirable and conveniently located communities.
The Parade also features Bordeaux Crossings in Broadview Heights, where sophisticated new-home designs and an outstanding location come together in a community created for today’s homebuyers. Personally tour the Napa Valley model home and take the opportunity to explore the variety of home styles, customizable living spaces and personalized approach Petros Homes brings to new construction.
