Petros Homes Joins the Builder Giving Challenge
At Petros Homes, we believe building homes is about more than construction—it’s about helping create strong communities where families can thrive.
That’s why we’re proud to announce our participation in the Builder Giving Challenge, a nationwide initiative that brings together leading homebuilders committed to supporting the communities they serve through charitable giving, volunteerism, and housing-focused programs.
As part of this collective effort, participating builders across the country have pledged to raise $10 million over the next two years for nonprofit organizations and community initiatives. Together, these builders represent more than 5,000 homes built annually and share a common goal: making a lasting positive impact beyond the homes they construct.
Through the Builder Giving Challenge, Petros Homes will focus its efforts on supporting nonprofit organizations and community programs throughout the Northeast Ohio communities we build and develop in. Progress will be tracked and reported through three key measures:

- Dollars raised for charitable causes
- Volunteer hours contributed by team members
- Local housing and community initiatives supported
“We have always believed that building a home is about more than the structure itself. It is about the neighborhood, the schools, the families, and the future of Northeast Ohio said Gary Naim Owner of Petros Homes. “We are proud to join fellow homebuilders in demonstrating that our commitment to the communities we serve extends far beyond the front door.”
We look forward to sharing updates on our community impact and highlighting the organizations and initiatives that help make Northeast Ohio a great place to live.
