Our 2025 Partnerships

Whether building a home or building a legacy, we are only as strong as our partners. In every stage of the building process, a valued partner provides a synergy that exceeds the sum of their parts.

We are proud of the partnerships we’ve established in our efforts to offer high quality, innovative homes. Here are some of our most valued partners.

During our company’s growth, Carter Lumber maintains hometown values by continuing to operate on the founding principles set down by W.E. Carter: There is nothing more important than hard work, dedication and customer service. Today Carter Lumber remains committed to this philosophy.

Carter Lumber is one of the nation’s top building materials retailers with 146 locations in 12 states. More than just a lumberyard, the Carter Lumber family of companies is dedicated to providing builders and do-it-yourselfers with a broad range of quality building materials and exceptional customer service.

We’re more than just a lumberyard. We’re The Yard in your own back yard. And we look forward to serving you, our family of customers, for years to come.

Medina Lighting Inc. is a local and family owned lighting showroom with the goal of providing a friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoyable experience to our customers. Whether the job is remodeling or new construction, Medina Lighting has what it takes to provide a hassle free fixture selection process. We are centrally located in Medina, OH less than an hour from both Cleveland and Akron.

The Medina Lighting crew began in the lighting / design /construction industry in 1987. While the crew has grown along with the family, we have not strayed from the tradition of hard work and good honest customer service with a smile. The crew uses their experience in Audio/Visual, Carpentry, Flooring, Interior Design, and Painting to provide our customers an easy worry free experience. This allows us to offer homeowners expert advice on decisions about colors, styles, and appropriate sizes for interior and exterior illumination.
